Shipping Policy / Order Consolidation
Shipping Policy
All shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on the weight and final destination of shipment.
We endeavour to post orders at least 2 business days after order date, but please appreciate at busy times there may be delays. If your order is urgent, please contact us and we’ll attempt to meet your demands where possible.
We do not send orders with untracked services.
UK Domestic Shipping
All orders are shipped using Royal Mail’s Tracked 24 or 48 hour service. These are fully trackable services with a email confirmation at dispatch. Larger orders (over 2KG in weight) can be sent using FedEx next day courier service.
International Shipping
All orders are shipped using the Royal Mail International Tracked service. This is a fully trackable service with email confirmation at dispatch. We will not send orders untracked. Larger orders (over 2KG in weight) can be sent using FedEx International Priority service.
Customs Charges
Customers outside the UK may incur customs charges levied at the point of delivery, this is not the responsibility of All Night Flight. Such charges may be import duties, VAT, handling charges or a combination of all three. We do not reimburse any of these charges and further clarification relating to these should be investigated with the local tax office. We do not declare packages as gifts. Please see our ‘Order Consolidation’ section for further advice regarding this matter.
Order Consolidation
All Night Flight offers both a domestic and international order consolidation service for customers who order regularly. This is an effective way to mitigate unnecessary postage fees for multiple individual packages and reduces unwanted multiple handling fees on smaller individual orders.
To use this service please select ‘HOLD / ADD TO ORDER / DO NOT SHIP’ at checkout. Using this method, no shipping will be charged and your order will be held at the store for shipping at a later date.
When the desired number of orders has been reached, please email orders@allnightflightrecords.com for a shipping quote.
Your orders will be packed together and a quote will provided based on the weight and location of final shipment, together with a payment link to pay the quoted shipping cost.
Please DO NOT pay for shipping and assume that previously held orders will be automatically included in your final order (where postage has been paid). This is because the price of shipment will increase with the amount of items shipped and the shipment price will be inaccurate.
Where possible we recommend consolidating packages to over at least 2KG as FedEx offers the most reasonable rates and most effective means of handling customs charges which avoids frustrating handling charges.
Please be aware that this is a very manual process and there may be a lead time of at least 3-5 business days in preparing consolidated packages and providing shipping quotes.
Refunds / Returns / Cancelling Orders
Items are visually graded carefully and play tested where appropriate. Our grading is professional and accurate, that said if an item arrives that does not match your expectation, please get in touch and we'd be very happy to resolve this.
Damaged items / grading disputes should be contacted as soon as possible, ideally within 1 week of receiving the item.
Orders that have been placed as 'collect in store' or 'Hold Shipping' are firm sales and can not be cancelled at a future date should the customer change their mind.
Abandoned Orders
Orders placed to be held without further communication or subsequently placed orders will be treated as abandoned and cancelled after 3 months without refund, and reserved stock will be returned back into circulation.
We will however reach out via email prior to any cancellations, and we can arrange for hold extensions. If you have any concerns, pease contact us via email using Orders@allnightflightrecords.com
Packaging
We always use professional Defendapack record mailers and stiffeners when sending orders together with recyclable eco Kraft tape. All packaging is 100% recyclable.
Returned Orders
If a package is return because it has not been collected by the customer, we will only resend the package if the shipping fee is re-paid. We will not offer refunds for orders in this instance. The same applies where an incomplete or incorrect address has been provided.
Lost Orders
It is very rare when using a tracked service but in the instance of lost packages, we would consider a package lost after 30 days within the UK and 90 days internationally. The majority of lost packages are eventually returned to us.
