Quietly unassuming, almost non-existent and close to un-googleable self-released cassette of soft twilight hours listening.
Apparently from Bristol, this one arrived on our doorstep unannounced. Sitting somewhere within the Bristol post-rock legacy, there’s a feel of Crescent at their gooiest and most vulnerable, or the homemade romance of Tara Clerkin Trio. Plush, lingering piano notes sit snuggly with warbled tape loops and spliced percussion, setting a mood and always leaving too soon. Completely instrumental but it makes a beeline to that wistful part of our heart where all our favourite Remote Viewer, Empress and Humble Bee records are kept. Really pretty. (Mint / New - with DL)
