Three-and-a-half years on from Chigwe, we're long overdue another FEF release by San Bernardino, California's hyper-prolific German Army.
This album title refers to the members of the Philadelphia black liberation group MOVE who were controversially convicted for the murder of a police officer killed during a raid on their residence in 1978. Six of the seven surviving members remain imprisoned.
As ever, the track titles point to an array of cultures threatened by the tide of global capitalism.
The tracks themselves present minimal dub, brooding synthpop, and frenzied drum-loop clatter in GA's signature lo-fi monophonic style. (NM)
