Criminally overlooked associated Japanese wave / art-rock group Viola Renea! After knocking out two coveted 7"s and contributing to the killer 'Aura Music' compilation for short-lived label Kagerou Record - their debut LP Syguiria Lady sees the group expand their sonic pallet away from the more primitive wave / punk sound of the earlier works to worldlier planes where Eastern European folk is fused with funk, electronics altogether with dub sensibilities.
