B2 written in 1971; recorded 10 June 1976 at Whitechapel Gallery, London.
B3 written on 24 October 1973, and is the firth of a set of pieces written that year; recorded in Fylkingen, Stockholm 21 April 1976.

B5 written in 1976; recorded at the first performance given in the foyer of the National Theatre on 14th June 1976.
