Highly obscure privately released French free-jazz various artists release paying homage to French Dadaist and Surrealist found Philippe Soupault. Really struggling to extrapolate any extra information on this one, but it's been a real treat to get to know. It moves through styles ranging from nostalgic music-box pieces to minimalistic, tastefully restraint free-jazz passages all laced together by poetic monologs in French of writings from the late Soupault, with some narrated by the artist himself. As a whole it's one of the finest listens I've personally had for a while and if it wasn't for my complete and absolute lack of understanding of the French language, wouldn't be for sale. Very scarce, unique and beautiful record. With luxury printed inner-sleeve containing lyrics to narrated parts (in French). (Vinyl & Sleeve NM).
