Without doubt one of the greatest bits of 2010's release promo, Mono No Aware set out a clear mission to gather and narrativise a new ambient music for the Web2.0 era - an unprecedentedly influential release and probably the most important compilation of the last 10 years.
Just take a look at Yves Tumor's Limerence, which has just about willed into existence a whole new Bandcamp genre on its own. The rest isn't half bad either... (NM)
