REM-state sound collage works from Gothenburg's frighteningly prolific Dan Johansson, the man behind Amateur Hour, Netural, Enhet För Fri Musik and seemingly about a million other projects, operating here as Pig for London tape imprint Regional Bears. Some bits appeared on that blink 'n you'll miss it Forlag For Fri Musik VA comp back in '19, but here it's extrapolated into a sedative 30 minute assemblage of fragmented radio snippets and minimal instrumentation, blurring boundaries between performance and found-sound to narcotic effect. Huge tip for anyone who was lucky enough to snag the first Tabi Tape from Pianola.. (mint / new)
