Deeply transcendent, psychoactive dronez from all-star experimental outfit Mirror, comprised of Andrew Chalk, Christoph Heemann (of H.N.A.S) and Jim O'Rourke. The piece is spread over two sides and on brief first impression doesn't seem too dissimilar to your average zoner but on deeper inspection and through extended listening this one really comes into its own; a real swirling, mildly dissociative, all-devouring death-roll drone that drags you under to another dimension. The mood is quite sinister and the quivering bass-tone gets the theta-waves ticking to induce a deeply meditative state. RIYL Elaine Radigue, Basinski, Celer / Chubby Wolf, NWW + that kinda stuff.
