MAD! Oddball experimental WELSH post-rave dub / electro / wavy gem on Welsh-language imprint Ankst from Llwybr Llaethog. One of the highlights from the inexplicably overlooked crop of Welsh experimental music, the duo here manage to digest a range of influences, from early electro, hiphop / turntableism, the rave scene of the time and most importantly DUB and rerender it into a total outsider, punk-informed take replete with political lyrics in their native tongue. A couple of the more excitable rave tracks are admittedly bit rich for 2020, although more than a few nuggets on here prevail.. MAD! Very fairly priced copies whilst they last....
