Sugar-sweet lovestruck lullabies on this new one from Lawrence Le Doux and Roger 3000 via the Brussels-based 7” label. ‘Creme’ on the A-side goes everywhere and nowhere, with woozy electronics cycling around warbling tik-tok drum-machine and nostalgic, end-of-summer guitar licks dredging up those lost adolescent memories of drifting around doing very little or, more musically, Inga & Dean Blunt at their soppiest. B-side takes the same elements and slows it down to a slo-motion plod, head in the clouds and releasing the drops on the endorphin dripper one at a time. My heart melts.. (Mint / New)
