Serene ambient classic from the late Yoshimura with his '84 LP A.I.R (Air In Repost). As most would be aware there's been a huge surge in interest in this particular strain of weightless 80's ambient music from Japan, with Yoshimura essentially spearheading the charge, but rightly so; the delicately unfolding melodies and subtle textures embedded within natural sounds is about as blissful as it can get. Taking obvious influence from the spirit of shinrin-yoku (forest bathing) this one's pure aural xanax, the perfect rose-tinted sonic antidote to today's testing times...
