Fine drop from the now flying ANA crew who deliver this lathe-cut 7" from Genghis Cohn - a name increasingly on the radar after popping up on the Diktat CD, along with the recent tape and inclusion on the killer 'Business Lunch' put out by Low Company. Anyways, yeah this one - easily the most deranged output from the young label thus far, equal parts gurgling DIY sound collage and strung-out bedsit dwelling neurosis that's truly punk to its core. Whether intentional or not, whole think reeks of influence from the likes of Anne Gillis' more wayward bits, or more outcasted concrete / Fluxus stuff on Slowscan (Henning!!) - but ultimately (and most exciting) this lot are definitely walking their own path.
