DNA-altering electro-acoustic wizardry meticulously constructed by musique concrète deity François Bayle for the influential Parisian INA-GRM research lab.  A-side piece ‘Tremblement De Terre Très Doux’ (very mild earthquake?) is cut from the same cloth as the later Erosphère release, alternating between a dream sequence of torrential tonal blips ’n blops and soft, mollifying drones cut with tele-zoomed sound fragments of what feels like the sonic properties of marbles or some sort of spherical objects being refracted.  I stand by my theory that Bayle is actually trying to communicate with some sort of extra-terrestrial entities of a much-higher intelligence with this stuff - it feels like it could be the sonic backdrop to the infamous DMT elf space described by psychonaut Terrance McKenna - it’s self-morphing geometric fractals just too intense for our mere brains to process.  The other side piece ‘Trois Rêves D'oiseau’ is equally hallucinogenic albeit with a tougher, collagey approach, exploring and augmenting the sonic properties of natural sounds with a feel of unpredictability.  The best night in you could ever have..  (NM/NM - with insert, fancy fold out sleeve)
