Solo pipe organ improvisations from Áine O'Dwyer, captured at St Mark's Church, (Islington) amongst the background buzz of everyday life.  Story goes that Áine was letting herself into the church to practice on the organ, whilst the cleaners of the church and general public went about their business.  The recordings capture life unfolding, are these people listening?  Is this a performance?  Many questions but there's a genuine magic in this record, laced with whit, charm and mischief, especially when the cleaners ask her to stop!  Love it!  (NM)
