Stunning debut proper from hot-lipped Naarm/Melbourne quartet Who Cares? let out into the world by Purely Physical Teeny Tapes who continue to survey the Antipodean underground with laser focus.
Nothing more, nothing less. Just four cuts of subtly beguiling bedroom folk stripped down to its most fundamental components. Soft, mildly-stoned loner strumming, smothered drums way in the back, vague / uncanny melodies and *that vocal*, deceptively out of reach but pulling us IN. It’s addictive stuff, wonderfully wrapped up in a delirious, pensive haze that long outlives the ever-so-short songs. Too good to be true. (Mint / New - not got loads - 1 per person pls)
