“Yang” is Aki Tsuyuko’s newest collection of compositions, released as a collaboration with Kyoto-based tea producer “Ujikoen” (est. 1865) as volume 4 in their "Tealightsound" series. “Tealightsound” is Ujikoen’s experimental series produced upon the concept that “tea and sound are - despite their different appearances - similar in terms of the invisible but continuously changing sensations they generate”. The CD package integrates and explores the three elements: tea, light, and sound - beautifully captured by Aki Tsuyuko’s ethereal, continuously changing compositions. (mint / new)
