Debut EP from ambient glitch demigod Jan Jelinek with his Tendency EP on ~scape records. For those who missed on the SEMINAL Loop Finding Jazz LP first time round, or the recent string of reissues (if so seriously what are you doing?), both 'Tendency' and 'Moire (Guitar & Horns)' are the strongest tracks to these veteran glitch ears, with the former a more 4x4 driven cut littered with those trademark chips n' quarks in true Jan style and the later a more droning, breathing piece of sound design. However, B-side houses 'Poren' - a fine piece of reduced, introspective electronica that displays a more pensive side to the Farben man's sound palette and that's also exclusive to this EP.
