Premium Japanese power-pop from Junko Ohashi & Minoya Central Station on the somewhat crucially overlooked '79 LP Full House. Potentially best known for the killer boogie track 'Feel So Fine', which was subjected to a snide 'edit' from a UK label back in 2015 and is currently and inexplicably fetching silly prices on D'cogz. It's a huge cut and staple for the likes of Antal, Hunne et al, BUT do your homework ppl's, you can have the whole album for half the price and the whole thing is a RIPPER through-out, moving from clinically produced hip-swinging funk, to bossa-nova tinged groovers and end of the night, goose-bump pop-ballads and more! A real secret guilty pleasure of mine, reluctant sale. (Vinyl + Sleeve NM / With Insert / WITH OBI).
