Characteristically minimal 001 EP from Sheffield glitch originators Mark Fell & Matt Steel under their lesser exercised Blir alias on the short-lived Premium Leisure. Originally a commission for hull time based arts (toot 1999) although stylistically it's difficult to distinguish for their beloved SND output, with uber-distilled microscopic sounds working together to create this uncanny, rhythmic cadence that just seems to groove despite all the odds.
